Mr. Julep and I are getting out our pirate gear again for this year's Cayman Islands Annual Pirates Week Festival which kicks off tomorrow and lasts for about 1 1/2 weeks!The big events start on Saturday with a Pirate's Landing and parade. Literally EVERYONE in town dresses up like a pirate and crowds the streets for festivities, food and of course, drinking in the blistering heat! Shiver me timbers!
The night ends with fantastic fireworks over the water and everyone flooding the streets going from bar to bar!
Now, I'll leave you with a horrible joke:
Why are Pirates so mean?
Because they just ARRRRRGGGGH! hahahaha (lame, I know!)
